Coordinate driver onboarding and maintain accurate driver files. Manage compliance documentation, including insurance, permits, medical cards, and driver licenses. Schedule equipment maintenance and preventive work. Prepare owner operator settlements and provide backup support for settlement processing as needed. Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple systems. Provide administrative support to the Owner Operator team while helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
