The Marine Coordinator is responsible for communicating with local contacts, vessel operators, internal sales, and truck dispatchers to ensure accurate and timely fuel deliveries while utilizing resources to maximize efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintains divisional operations manuals and purchasing card expenses.
- Performs general office duties as needed.
- Inputs orders into the Marine Sales Data Base and PDI.
- Serves as backup to the Barge Coordinator as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic math skills are a must.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Must have 24/7 availability, including weekends and holidays.
