Colonial Country Club is seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Pool Concierge to enhance the poolside experience for our members and guests. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, assisting with cabana and lounge chair reservations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and facilitating food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival at the pool area.
- Manage poolside seating arrangements, cabana reservations, and towel service.
- Assist members with special requests, such as sunscreen, water, and reading materials.
- Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure timely service of poolside dining orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, including resetting lounge chairs and umbrellas.
- Enforce pool safety and club policies in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide information about club amenities, events, and services.
- Address member concerns or requests promptly and escalate issues to management as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or concierge experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
