The Pool Concierge provides exceptional service to members and guests at the outdoor pool facility by ensuring a welcoming, organized, and comfortable poolside experience. This role assists with seating, towel service, cleanliness, and member requests while supporting overall pool operations. The Pool Concierge helps maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment throughout the pool area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide welcoming poolside experience.
- Assist members with cabana reservations, seating, lounge chair setup, and umbrella placement when available.
- Distribute and collect pool towels in accordance with Club procedures.
- Assist members with special requests, such as sunscreen, water, and reading materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, including straightening chairs, tables and umbrellas.
- Monitor the pool area for trash and debris and assist with maintaining a clean environment.
- Provide information to members regarding pool rules, amenities, and daily activities.
- Enforce pool safety and club policies in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide information about club amenities, events, and services.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the pool area.
- Address member concerns or requests promptly and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, pool, or service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pool deck for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (chairs, towels, small equipment).
- Valid Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire date.
Work Schedule Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Seasonal position running from June 2 through September 7, 2026.
Background check and drug screen required.
