The Communications & Brand Manager at Colonial Country Club serves as a steward of the club’s distinguished legacy, shaping and sharing its story with a deep respect for tradition and a clear vision for the future. With a strong appreciation for the club’s historic brand, the Communications & Brand Manager ensures that all communications—across digital platforms, social media, newsletters, and press—honor its heritage while remaining relevant and compelling to today’s membership. This role requires a keen ability to balance tradition with innovation, preserving the club’s identity while elevating its voice across modern channels.

.Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the comprehensive communication strategy ensuring it aligns with the club’s goals and enhances member engagement.
· Create and manage content for all communication channels, including social media, the club website, lifestyle magazine, and email campaigns.
· Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
· Write, edit, and distribute content that promotes club events, news, and achievements.
· Manage the club’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
· Oversee the production of print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
· Develop and maintain relationships with local media and press contacts.
· Prepare and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote the club and its events.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
· Create, coordinate and manage communication with members, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information regarding club activities and news.
· Attend member events to gather content for both Social media and historical capture.
· Gather feedback from members to improve communication efforts.
· Collaborate with Department Heads to promote club events and activities.
· Develop marketing materials and campaigns to drive attendance and participation in club events.
· Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
· Maintain and enhance the club’s brand identity and ensure all communications are in line with the club’s branding guidelines.
· Oversee the use of the club’s logo and other branding elements in all communications.
· Continuously assess and improve the club’s communication efforts to ensure they meet the needs of the members and the club’s objectives.
· Manage and oversee Front Desk Concierge team, as well as Marketing/Communications Internship program
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including attendance at member events, which may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
