The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests while assisting with daily golf operations. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth transitions for players, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the golf facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
•    Assist with loading/unloading golf bags and properly staging carts.
•    Maintain cleanliness, charging, and overall readiness of the golf cart fleet.
•    Organize, set up, and break down driving range and practice areas (range balls, baskets, bag stands, etc.).
•    Provide accurate information regarding tee times, course conditions, and club services.
•    Ensure golf bags are properly stored, cleaned, and returned in an orderly manner.
•    Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of bag storage areas, cart barn, and surrounding facilities.
•    Support pace-of-play initiatives by communicating with golf shop staff as needed.
•    Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating member/guest needs.
•    Assist in tournament and outing operations when required.
•    Adhere to all club policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
•    Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•    Prior golf, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and guests.
•    A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on member satisfaction.
•    Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and equipment is a plus.
•    Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
•    Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Schedule may vary in accordance with operational needs to include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Colonial Country Club hosts various events and tournaments throughout the year, flexibility is required.

Background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required.
