Due to growth in our retail operations, the Colonial Automotive Group has immediate openings for a dealership Service Advisor at both our Hudson CJD location, as well as our Marlboro Ford location. The Colonial Automotive Group has 16 locations throughout the Metropolitan Boston, South Shore and Central Mass area. The ideal candidate will:
- Have Automotive Service Advisor background.
- Have familiarity with Chrysler Jeep Dodge and RAM franchises (Hudson), or Ford / Lincoln franchises (Marlboro) (Beneficial, but not required)
- Have ability in many aspects of fixed operations including warranty, customer pay and internal RO and work control, dispatch, technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc.
- Work with BDC personnel and technicians.
- Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high.
- Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all operational guidelines are adhered to.
- Be familiar with AutoMate DMS (Beneficial, but not required) as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills in customer facing situations.
