We are looking for a Full or Part-Time Property Manager to manage the property's daily operations and tenant relations for Twin Rivers Tower Apartments that is a HUD SEC. 8 Senior community with 108 units in Pt. Pleasant, WV.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Manages and supervises the administration, maintenance, and general day-to-day operations of the property.
- Familiar with HUD terms of occupancy and provides information about the community to prospective tenants.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- On site housing available
- Computer proficiency (property management software, email, and basic office systems)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach to residents
- Must be able to pass background screening
- Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus
- Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software preferred
- Part-time position may be considered depending on experience
