Part-Time Housekeeper Wanted – Twin Rivers TowersJob Summary:
Twin Rivers Towers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at our 7-story elderly apartment community.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
- Clean and maintain all common areas of the building.
- Pick up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.
- Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
- Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
- Prior cleaning experiance a plus.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
