This Personal Lines Insurance Producer/Account Manager will support a small team focused on writing new business and servicing and requoting existing personal lines book for a variety of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, renters, bundled packages and recreational vehicles. This role involves policy administration, renewal processing, and collaboration within our team, with direct client interaction. This Producer will use the HawkSoft agency management system and other standard office software to ensure efficient operations and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee personal insurance policies, including homeowners, auto, renters, and other personal lines insurance products including recreational vehicles and personal umbrellas.
- Provide underwriting support to ensure accurate risk assessment and policy issuance
- Assist in review and processing of policy renewals promptly and accurately
- Deliver quality customer service and respond to inquiries within the team’s scope
- Collaborate closely with a small team of 1-5 members to meet operational goals
- Utilize agency management system and office software to maintain records and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preferred, but entry-level experience in insurance personal lines would be considered.
- Possession of a Property and Casualty License preferred (will license the right candidate).
- Knowledge of insurance personal lines products and processes
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management and organizational skills
Salary : $800 - $1,200
