Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CCAI Voice AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, and prototype conversational AI solutions for enterprise customer engagement platforms. This role will focus on building advanced voice IVR and chat experiences using Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow CX, and Genesys Cloud integrations within a telecommunications environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), conversational AI technologies, backend integrations, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and demonstrate conversational AI prototypes for voice IVR and chat using Dialogflow CX, CCAI Platform, and Agent Assist
- Develop intents, conversational flows, routing logic, and end-to-end customer journeys
- Research and propose innovative prototype ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) and present solutions to leadership and stakeholders
- Deliver knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, setup instructions, configurations, runbooks, and known issues
- Develop and deploy webhook services and backend integrations using Python and/or Java
- Implement API integrations and service-to-service communication patterns for enterprise-scale architectures
- Build event-driven and serverless applications using Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub
- Containerize applications and services using Docker and Kubernetes concepts where applicable
- Develop and maintain a Genesys AudioHook to GCP pipeline for real-time audio streaming and AI-driven insights
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using Google Cloud Monitoring and Logs Explorer
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support end-to-end solution delivery within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem
