Job Description:
- CCAI Voice AI Solutions Developer
- Design, build, and demonstrate conversational AI prototypes for voice IVR and chat using Dialogflow CX, CCAI Platform, and Agent Assist (for intents, flows, routing logic, and end-to-end customer journeys).
- Research and propose new prototype ideas to enhance customer experience and business operations.
- Build proofs-of-concept (POCs), demonstrate solutions to leadership and stakeholders, deliver knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, and create comprehensive end-to-end documentation (e.g., architecture, setup steps, configs, runbooks, known issues) to enable a smooth handover to the development team.
- Understand Genesys Cloud platform and cross-team coordination for end-to-end delivery.
- Develop and deploy webhook services and back-end integrations for the virtual agent using Python and/or Java, including API integrations and service-to-service communication patterns for production-style architectures.
- Implement event-driven and serverless components on Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub.
- Containerize services with Docker (and Kubernetes concepts where necessary).
- Build and maintain a Genesys AudioHook to Google Cloud Platform pipeline for real-time audio streaming, enabling live transcription and AI-driven insights using speech-to-text and related Google Cloud Platform services.
- Troubleshoot and improve performance and reliability by analyzing telemetry in Google Logs Explorer and Cloud Monitoring, focusing on reducing latency and improving customer experience.
