We are a reputable autobody shop looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to provide support to customers throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the shop
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support
- Schedule appointments and manage the customer database
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure customers are kept informed about the status of their repairs
- Follow up with customers after repairs are completed to ensure their satisfaction
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability
- Collaborate with the shop manager to implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
