ABOUT US
We are now hiring Cashiers and Customer Service Team Members for our dual concept eatery, featuring Nguyen's Kitchen (modern Asian fusion) and Pur Bowls (acai bowl cafe)! Both brands are expanding fast, and we are looking for candidates with a positive, motivated attitude who would love to grow with our company. Our business hours are 10:00 am - 1:00 am, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Compensation:
- $18.90/hr = $16.90 base pay GUARANTEED of at least $2/hr in tips = $18.90/hr including tips
- All current team members make over $2.00/hr in tips. Actual pay after tip can be over $18.90/hr
- Opportunity for a raise every 6 months or sooner based on performance, work ethic, and professionalism

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Night/Day shifts available
- Must be able to work LATE nights(5:30pm-1:00am)
- Reliable & flexible weekly availability
- Proactive and motivated personality
- Great energy, customer service, and communication skills
- Professionalism and a team-player attitude
- Organization and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and priority-setting skills
Responsibilities:
- Taking orders, recommending items, and interacting with customers
- Maintaining a clean, stocked station and dining area
- Basic portioning and food prep tasks
