As an Estimator, you’ll be a key link between customers, technicians, and insurance partners. You’ll assess damage, write accurate estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency.
What You’ll Do
- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs
- Write accurate repair estimates and insurance documentation
- Communicate timelines and costs with customers
- Work closely with technicians to keep repairs on track
- Negotiate with insurance partners for fair repair coverage
- 1–3 years of collision or automotive experience
- Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
