Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our auto body repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates. The Estimator will collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver comprehensive estimates that align with project scope and budget requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Vehicle damage, specifications, and documents using tools such as ccc1.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for vehicle repairs, including labor and materials
- Utilize HeavyBid or similar estimating software to develop accurate bids.
- Conduct market research to determine current pricing for materials and labor.
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop project budgets and schedules.
- Maintain organized records of all estimating activities for future reference and audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in estimating
- Experience with ccc1
- Knowledge of repair process
- Customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
