We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our collision repair team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning new skills in a professional, team-oriented environment.
You will be one of the first points of contact for customers and will help ensure a smooth experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
This is a confidential search for an additional position with an established, independent collision repair organization. The organization is currently staffed and operating, and this position is being added as part of continued investment in the operation.
For confidentiality purposes, the company name and specific facility information are intentionally not disclosed. The position is based at our collision repair facility outside of Peroria, IL. Additional information will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with customers
- Assist with vehicle intake, paperwork, and file organization
- Communicate with customers and insurance partners as needed
- Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with customers and a team
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service or office experience is helpful, but not required
- Collision repair or CCC ONE experience is a plus, but training will be provided
