What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Relationship Specialist I position at Collins Community Credit Union?
Collins Community Credit Union, a growing organization, is currently hiring for a Member Relationship Specialist I for our location in Dubuque. This person will be a competitive, independent, "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people. In this role, you will promote and provide credit union products and services to new and existing members with referrals to appropriate departments when necessary. This position is responsible for transactions on the teller line, new account setup and account maintenance.
Applicants must have valid work authorization for permanent employment in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Must be available to work during business hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:15 pm
- Friday 8:00am - 5:45 pm
Member Relationship Specialist I Expectations:
1. Assist members with new and existing account services.
2. Conduct account transactions and general account maintenance.
3. Actively promote and refer Credit Union products and services that will benefit and contribute to the member's financial success.
4. Effectively navigate and utilize various software and platforms.
5. Support the community by attending Credit Union sponsored events and activities.
