Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items using order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, or forklift equipment to fulfill customer orders with accuracy.
- Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, adhering to quality control standards.
- Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers safely in accordance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure data accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents while maintaining safety procedures during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.
- Conduct regular inventory management activities including stock counting, replenishment, and organization within warehouse distribution areas.
- Follow shipping & receiving procedures to ensure timely dispatches and arrivals while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or order pickers.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology for logistics, and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely with proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for counting items accurately and verifying shipments.
- Prior warehouse experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management systems and quality control processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency in order fulfillment and stock organization.

Pay: $18.30 - $21.70 per hour
