| Key Responsibilities Program Evaluation & Impact Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive program evaluation strategy across all departments. Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure program effectiveness, participant outcomes, and organizational impact. Train and support staff in data collection, analysis, and utilization for program improvement. Prepare and present clear, actionable evaluation reports to leadership, staff, Board of Trustees, funders, and community partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and funder evaluation standards. Oversee all reporting requirements to ensure compliance with the Department of Education, the Department of Children, Youth and Families, NJ Lunch Program and all other governing bodies applicable to CYS programs Assist in reviewing, developing and implementing policies and procedures aligned with CYS’ strategic objectives and state contracts and regulations Work with Program Directors on Trend Analysis, Benchmarking and Root Cause Analysis. Adjust KPI’s and implement changes as indicated to improve efficiency and effectiveness Work with leadership team in analyzing trends and outcomes related to standards of care of each program Actively participate as a member of the CYS Executive Leadership Team, reviewing and developing strategic initiatives for the agency, identify and work to minimize risk and propose opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with the Fiscal Director to develop and monitor operational and program budgets Identify areas for process improvement and streamlining, implement solutions. Enhance operational efficiency through utilizing data analytics Serve as a resource and problem-solver for day-to-day operational challenges Identify areas for process improvement and streamlining, implement solutions. Lead cross-functional teams in testing, refining, and scaling promising practices. Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, peer organizations, and experts to strengthen innovation efforts. Support grant writing and resource development by providing program data, outcomes, and innovative concepts. Leadership & Collaboration Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership in strategic planning and organizational growth. Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. Supervise and mentor staff and/or interns engaged in evaluation and innovation activities. Represent the organization at conferences, community forums, and stakeholder meetings. |

Education/Experience
- Master’s degree in program evaluation, public administration, social sciences, education, or related field
(doctorate preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, or applied
research, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative programs or practices.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
