Join our Real Property Management team as a Management Analyst II and play a key role in supporting the County’s property-related programs, projects, and operations. In this position, you’ll provide advanced analytical and operational support involving the administration of County-owned assets, leases, and property transactions. You’ll research and evaluate agreements, prepare reports and Board-related materials, and help ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
You’ll also coordinate due diligence efforts—including appraisals, environmental reviews, and title work—while tracking key milestones and deliverables to keep projects on schedule. Working closely with internal departments, external stakeholders, and consultants, you’ll help improve processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems and making a meaningful impact on how the County manages its real property activities.

- Coordinate and support special projects, including cross-departmental and countywide initiatives.
- Assist with strategic planning efforts and monitor regulatory or legislative changes impacting operations.
- Oversee consultants and contractors supporting assigned programs or projects.
- Support quality assurance efforts, including audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Four (4) years of related experience; experience should be directly related to assigned business unit’s programs.
- Candidates without a degree should possess four (4) additional years of related experience.
- Fingerprinting Required.
- Salary offers above the minimum of the pay grade may be considered based on qualifications.
- Essential Employees may be required to work during an undeclared emergency and/or declared emergency. On an incident-by-incident basis, the County’s Administrative Office will make the determination as to who will be required to work.
