What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager School Age Child Care position at Collier County Public Schools?
- Districtwide program leadership: Provide direction and support for all SACC programs, in the field with site visitations; convenes principals and SACC staff to ensure consistent implementation of district guidelines.
- Quality & compliance: Monitor programs for adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; design and coordinate program assessments; prepare annual evaluations and report outcomes to district leadership.
- Data, attendance, and revenue oversight: Supervise daily attendance tracking and revenue processes; maintain records, audit materials, and accounting reports for all SACC sites.
- Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate communication among school personnel, SACC staff, and parents; develop collaborations with businesses and community agencies to enhance services.
- Staff training & support: Coordinate in-service training; provide guidance to principals and SACC program managers; identify and disseminate research to inform program decisions.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate and three (3) years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Intermediate computer skills required (i.e., ability to use email, Word, Excel, databases and other applications). Related experience in finance or budgeting along with childcare experience preferred.
