Bachelor's degree or higher with an undergraduate or graduate major in mathematics, or related field from
four-year college or university. Four (4) years teaching experience and minimum of one (1) year experience in teacher leadership role(s). Must have completed the CCPS Instructional Coach Bench Academy prior to commencement of work in coaching position.
Preferred:
Must be certified in Mathematics 5-9 or 6-12. If at the elementary level, must also be certified in Elementary

FL DOE Elementary Education K-6 certification required. Applicant must be in approved Bench Coach Academy, or must commit to enrolling and completing this program to qualify.

- Ability to plan for and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes by working collectively to implement
- An understanding of instructional design, and familiarity with a variety of required technology applications
- Strong interpersonal, oral communication, problem solving, and organizational skills required to effectively
- Knowledge of district school improvement initiatives, including state mathematics standards, disciplinary
