Position Summary
Supports Student Services by coordinating and assisting with enrollment operations, admissions processing, student retention support, reporting, and student success services in a technical college environment. This role is detail-focused, data-driven, and service-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Support and guide the Student Services team by assisting with daily operations, problem-solving, and consistent customer service.
Assist with enrollment planning, coordination, and process improvement using data/trend analysis.
Support admissions workflow: application processing, documentation tracking, and accurate record maintenance.
Help implement retention and student-success initiatives (orientation, advising support, early alerts, student follow-up).
Support student completion, job placement tracking, and industry certification coordination/reporting.
Maintain and report enrollment and performance data and required local/state/federal reporting.
Oversee student accounts and support accurate account updates and reconciliation activities as assigned.
Data entry of financial assistance awards into the student information system and related tracking tools.
Student bookstore integration: coordinate processes impacting student accounts and materials access (as applicable).
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless communication and support.
Minimum Qualifications

Administrative experience in education, student services, admissions, or related office setting.
