Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate and one to two years office/business experience. Basic computer skills required (e.g., ability to use email).

Special Notes
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using database or student information systems (FOCUS). Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in Adult Education or Workforce Education educational environment preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Position works a mix of day and evening hours. Monday and Friday 7:00am to 3:00 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
