Job Description
College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving is looking for dependable, hard-working, and customer-focused team members to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced, physically active role that combines moving, junk removal, teamwork, and customer service. We are looking for individuals who enjoy staying active, working alongside others, and helping customers through important transitions with professionalism and care.
This is a customer service and teamwork role first, labor second. The right person is reliable, respectful, coachable, and ready to work hard. Top performers can grow into leadership opportunities such as Captain and Operations support.
What You’ll Do
- Safely load, unload, move, and protect furniture, appliances, and household items
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job
- Work closely with your team to complete moving and junk removal jobs efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates throughout the day
- Help keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and job-ready
- Follow safety standards, company procedures, and direction from team leaders
- Represent the company with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism
Pay & Benefits
- Earn $17–$22 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance-based bonuses

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding role
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well on a team and follow direction
Who This Role Is Not For
This role is not a fit for applicants who struggle with attendance, avoid physical work, do not take direction well, or are not comfortable serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
I would use the second one. It filters better and still sounds professional.
Driver Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record strongly preferred
- Comfortable driving a box truck or willing to be trained
- Must follow safe driving practices at all times
