Role Overview

We’re looking for a Processor IV to join our eBay team. You’ll report to the Authentication Supervisor, eBay and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. The schedule for this position is 3:30p - 12p, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
• Enter items and print stickers.
• Sort all orders by return carrier service.
• Verify order correctness and completeness.
• Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• You are a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You have the ability to work in a team environment, including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.
• You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have a strong customer/client-focused mindset.
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
• Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus.
• Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.
  
  

The hourly range for this position is $25.75 - $34.83. Entry level operations positions generally start at an hourly rate of $16.80. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
