What's the Job?
- Review and analyze older requests to determine the best course of action for completion.
- Enter memos, demand letters, and schedule field workers to check request statuses in person.
- Communicate with clients via email to inform them about the status of requests and gather guidance on next steps.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support ongoing request management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
