What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Management Intern - Marketing position at Collective Measures?
_JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in maintaining projects and employees within the time tracking system and staff resource allocation system;
- Assist team members in creating and managing client projects;
- Participate in internal client team meetings, as needed;
- Assist in maintaining processes to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects to clients;
- Assist with internal department projects as needed.
_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Baseline knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics and measurement tactics so as to be able to work with teams to complete projects;
- Experience with the Chicago Manual of Writing Style;
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email, especially formal writing);
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, take initiative and work independently.

- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time;
- Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone.
- This is a paid internship position.
_PAY TRANSPARENCY INTERNSHIP BENEFITS:
The pay rate for internships at Collective Measures is $20 per hour. Benefits available to interns include:
