Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in maintaining Rural Health Clinic (RHC) compliance for our clients. This role is responsible for assisting with healthcare compliance activities by maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date records and files for both internal employees and client-contracted staff.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our clients’ ongoing RHC compliance efforts by ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and supporting administrative processes essential to the successful operation of Rural Health Clinics. The ideal candidate will contribute to the establishment and ongoing maintenance of compliant and well-organized RHCs while supporting a collaborative and professional consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and audit employee records for internal staff and client-contracted employees, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and RHC regulations.
- Collect, track, and report data related to employee metrics, compliance requirements, and client-specific needs to support ongoing RHC compliance efforts.
- Assist with managing inquiries and documentation related to employee benefits for both internal and client-contracted staff.
- Provide administrative support in addressing and resolving client-contracted employee concerns, fostering clear communication and timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, industry standards, RHC regulations, and company policies in all HR-related and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the consulting team on client-specific HR and compliance projects that support the establishment, maintenance, and successful operation of Rural Health Clinics.
- Participate in periodic on-site client visits to review compliance documentation, identify deficiencies, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with employment labor law and RHC regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a Rural Health Clinic or other medical facility preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict management.
