We are hiring a Superintendent to oversee total construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. This includes interfacing with client representatives and coordinating assigned work with subcontractors. This is a full-time position.
Essential Duties:
-· Providing project supervision of quality standards and implementing the QA/QC Program to ensure READY delivers the highest quality standards to our clients.
- Creating and maintaining daily reports with pictures for client and project manager reference.
- Managing Safety Procedures according to READY Construction Services LLC. guidelines.
- Reading and interpreting plans to insure all aspects of the plans and specifications are achieved.
- Able to unload and account for all job site deliveries as required for each specific project.
- Using a laptop computer with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet-based applications, and a smartphone to communicate with all levels of project management, vendors, and sub-contractors on an as-required basis.
Minimum Requirements:
· Commercial Construction experience with fast and casual restaurant construction
· Retail Construction Experience is a plus
