Responsibilities:
Contact consumers and companies to collect past due balances.
Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to resolve delinquencies.
Meet performance expectations for collection efforts on assigned accounts.
Document all collection activities accurately in accordance with established procedures.
Navigate various screens and relay information to clients professionally and clearly.
Qualifications:
Bilingual-Spanish required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, medical billing, or call centers preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Background check required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
