We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Site Supervisor to join a growing team in Bella Vista, Arkansas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working outdoors, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise landscape crews on daily maintenance and installation tasks
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure productivity and project completion
- Maintain a safe worksite by enforcing company and OSHA safety standards
- Ensure proper operation and care of equipment and tools
- Communicate job expectations clearly and maintain positive team morale
- Monitor job progress, maintain quality standards, and report updates to management
- Perform additional duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Foreman or Landscape Crew Leader
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle field decisions effectively
- Hands-on, team-oriented attitude with reliability and initiative
