What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Marketing Manager position at Collateral Partners?
Performance Marketing Manager | Collateral Partners | Dallas, TX
Paid Media, Creative Testing & Funnel Architecture
Collateral Partners is a strategic communications platform built for the financial services industry. We partner with 400 investment firms, asset managers, advisory businesses, and financial platforms on the moments that move enterprise value: raising capital, executing transactions, building market credibility, and deepening investor relationships. Our work connects financial intelligence and creative execution inside one integrated platform across six practice areas: Transaction Readiness, Go-to-Market, Digital & Multimedia, Research, PR & Content, and Investor Relations.
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other channels — while also writing ad copy, testing creative, architecting conversion funnels, and improving the path from click to booked call.
What you will own: You own paid media end to end. You plan and run campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, set the audience and budget strategy, and optimize relentlessly against ROAS, CAC, and lead quality. You direct the creative that feeds those campaigns: ad concepts, copy, and a continuous testing program that turns winning angles into scale. You architect the funnels behind every campaign — capture, qualification, and conversion — and own the experiments that lift each stage. You also run influencer and partnership strategy where it sharpens acquisition. Every week you connect channel performance to business outcomes and report in the financial terms your clients actually use: CAC, LTV, pipeline, and revenue attribution.
What we are looking for: Three or more years in performance marketing, paid media, or growth, with a track record of managing paid budgets across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google and driving measurable acquisition results. You are fluent in campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and attribution, and you can write ad copy and brief creative that converts. You think in funnels and act on data, you hold a high creative bar, and you can defend the numbers to a sophisticated financial client. Exposure to financial services, professional services, or B2B lead generation is a strong plus.
