We partner with 400 investment firms, asset managers, advisory businesses, and financial platforms on the moments that move enterprise value: raising capital, executing transactions, building market credibility, and deepening investor relationships. Our work connects financial intelligence and creative execution inside one integrated platform across six practice areas: Transaction Readiness, Go-to-Market, Digital & Multimedia, Research, PR & Content, and Investor Relations.
We are hiring a Marketing Strategist to own the full marketing mandate across a portfolio of client engagements: strategy, execution coordination, performance accountability, and commercial growth.
What you will own: You sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You build growth blueprints for clients, run paid media diagnostics across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, advise on SEO and CRO priorities, direct LinkedIn content and editorial calendars, oversee video and podcast production timelines, and own weekly performance reporting that connects channel metrics to business decisions. You serve as the primary day-to-day marketing point of contact on your accounts: running weekly sessions, briefing internal pods, reviewing every deliverable before it reaches the client, and translating marketing performance into financial terms your clients actually use: CAC, LTV, revenue attribution, and EBITDA contribution.
You also own the commercial relationship. You spot the next piece of work, scope it, propose it, and close it. Expansion is part of the job.
What we are looking for: Three or more years in marketing strategy, growth marketing, integrated marketing communications, or brand consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services, professional services, or sophisticated B2B clients. You are fluent across both performance marketing (paid social, SEO, CRO, CRM) and content and communications (LinkedIn, newsletters, video, PR). You write clearly, present with conviction, manage multiple client workstreams without dropping anything, and hold yourself and the teams around you to an institutional standard. Finance fluency is a strong plus.
