- Assist the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership in menu planning, development, and execution.
- Direct and supervise daily kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
- Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Adhere to organizational standards and existing systems.
- Execute preparation and plating of innovative and seasonal dishes.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience of two to three years.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
- Knowledge of local, seasonal, Mediterranean ingredients.
- Computer literacy including Google Drive, Sheets, Inventory Software, and POS.
