Account Manager
Location: Hybrid | Field-Based – Miami, FL
Reports to: Head of Marketing and Creative
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience
We’re launching a revolutionary energy drink that boosts your energy while slowing down the speed of aging. Packed with scientifically-backed ingredients, this product is poised to disrupt both the wellness and beverage industries. We’re looking for an Account Manager to bring this innovative product to life on the shelves of retail stores, gyms, cafés, salons, and specialty health shops across Miami.
As our Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the product’s market entry and growth. Your mission will be to introduce our anti-aging energy drink to small businesses and retail outlets in Miami, build relationships with decision-makers, and ensure long-term shelf presence and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and secure new retail and business accounts (independent retailers, gyms, wellness centers, boutique stores, etc.) across the Miami metro area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and business owners.
- Conduct product demos, sampling events, and in-store activations to generate buzz and encourage sales.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and local campaigns.
- Track sales data, customer feedback, and inventory needs to optimize account performance.
- Negotiate pricing, placement, and promotional terms with new and existing accounts.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows, networking events, and community happenings.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in CPG, beverage, or health/wellness product sales preferred.
- Existing relationships in the Miami retail or hospitality space a big plus.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
