Pay: From $19.00 -$20
4:45 am - 3:30 pm OR 3:30 pm - 2 am
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, repair, and test medical device components and assemblies
- Follow detailed work instructions, standardized procedures, and manufacturing documentation
- Handle and maneuver small components with precision and accuracy
- Maintain accurate production records, traveler documents, and quality documentation
- Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software for documentation and production tracking
- Perform routine manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment
- Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions to manufacturing leadership
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure traceability of materials, components, and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn electronic data collection systems
- Ability to work with small parts and components
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production goals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
