Support Professional at HEC Academy Join the HEC Academy team as an
Education Support Professional and help us empower high school students
with academic and therapeutic support in a supportive, small-school
setting. What You\'ll Do As an integral part of our team, you\'ll work
directly with licensed special educators and content teachers to support
teaching and learning. You\'ll play a key role in the daily life of our
school by helping to implement our behavior management system, ensuring
a structured and positive learning atmosphere for all students. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, flexibility, and compassion
in their work, connecting with students and colleagues to create a truly
supportive environment. What We\'re Looking For Patience, flexibility,
and compassion are essential qualities for success in this role.
Experience working with high school students in a special education
setting is highly desired. A background in Math or Science is a plus.

supporting students experiencing depression, anxiety, and related
patterns of school refusal.
