Job Summary:
The Quality Training Compliance Specialist supports the administration and effectiveness of the Quality System Training Program within a regulated environment. This role ensures employees are appropriately trained through the Learning Management System while maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The position also focuses on training documentation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of learning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System to support training compliance
• Provide subject matter expertise on training processes and learning systems across functions
• Monitor, communicate, and promote training activities to ensure effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training systems and processes
• Develop, review, and maintain training documentation and materials
• Support audit readiness and ensure training systems meet regulatory expectations
• Coordinate and track completion of training programs aligned with cGMP requirements
• Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Conduct curriculum reviews and update training plans as needed
• Assist in development of training materials and manage training logistics
• Support train-the-trainer programs and ensure instructor readiness
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a regulated industry such as medical device or healthcare
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, QSR, or IVDR
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Experience developing and delivering training programs
