Position: Senior Software Architect / Senior Software Engineer
Type: Full Time Direct Hire - onsite 5X every other Friday remote after 90 Days
Location: Rock Hill, SC 29730
Salary: 100k-140K base
Interviews : 3 rounds : two over teams and final onsite
Role Overview:
Strong hands-on software development background with proven technical leadership
Will directly mentor 1 Software Engineer
Works closely with a 12-member Automation team
Experience supporting systems tied to physical products is highly preferred (manufacturing, industrial, hardware-adjacent environments)
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of software development experience
Proficiency in Python, C#, C , or C (any combination)
PLC exposure/experience required
Strong experience with Azure
DevOps experience required (e.g., Jira, CI/CD processes, release management)
Industry Background:
Industry experience strongly preferred, especially candidates who have worked with physical products
Open to any industry as long as experience includes real-world product or manufacturing interaction

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
