Job description:
The Customer Service Specialist supports regulatory compliance efforts by responding to, collecting, and documenting customer-provided information required under a Federal Geographic Targeting Order (GTO).
This role serves as a critical liaison between customers, internal service teams, and compliance partners to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of information requests related to qualifying transactions.
The Specialist is responsible for delivering a professional customer experience while adhering to strict documentation, quality, and regulatory standards.
