Title: Mobile Developer

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location : Dallas, TX

Job Description:

• Ideal candidate will be local to DFW Metroplex. Manager may make exceptions for exceptional candidates.
• Adding: 8 years of Hands on Software Development experience ( prefer 10 ) React Native Mobile App Developers- looking for accomplished React Native Mobile App developers with 4 years of mobile application development.
• A successful candidate will have extensive experience building complex mobile applications backed by RESTful JSON APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Development of React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and accessibility.
• Write clear, concise and well documented code.
• Effectively manage timelines and expectations.
• Create and manage tasks for junior developers on the squad.
• Review code and coordinate releases with other squads.
• Create private NPM packages.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of mobile application development experience
• 3 years of experience with React Native
• A ‘can get done’ attitude
• Experienced in building mobile applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
• Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
• Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage and performance tuning.
• Additional experience in the following is preferred: Git, Redux, Mobile UI

Nice to have:

• Experience using Azure Dev Ops for project management.
• Experience using Code Push for app updates.
• Experience mentoring a team.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $80.00 - 87.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
