Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to support a leading financial services organization. This role handles inbound inquiries related to banking and investment accounts, provides account support, researches transactions, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding banking products, account maintenance, and investment-related services.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers and internal partners.
• Research account activity, transactions, and service requests to resolve customer concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications while documenting customer interactions accurately.
• Authenticate customers and follow established policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or complex service issues when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain productivity and service quality standards in a high-volume environment.
• Support customers with online account access, account updates, and transaction inquiries.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting banking, brokerage, wealth management, or financial services clients.
• Experience with account research and transaction investigations.
