Description:
- Support the business with sourcing, including supplier assessments and selections through competitive RFx activities.
- Lead contracting process, including template selection, drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements; review and manage the redlining of contracts using toolkits and defined escalation paths.
- Perform contract analysis as needed and advise Strategic Sourcing and Category managers on key contract considerations during the sourcing process; identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements or contract standards; coordinate approval process and sign off through to compliant contract execution.
Salary : $33 - $35
