Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Conduct routine data processing and verification for standard processes.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for managers.
- Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and emails; draft responses to routine correspondence and inquiries.
- Prepare and organize business presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, management letters, and other communications.
- Process disbursements and billings for approval, ensuring accurate maintenance of financial and expense records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience.
Salary : $26 - $28
