What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Dietary Manager position at Colfax Nursing and Rehab?
Colfax Nursing and Rehab (CRNR) is looking to hire a qualified individual with long term care experience in regards to food service management. CRNR is a privately owned facility with a home like atmosphere. CRNR is looking to find a dedicated individual that can balance both resident nutritional needs and staff development/training needs. Organization and time management are two critical qualities that are needed to complete all duties this position entails. Completing resident assessments, inventory of items, staff schedules, staff development, ordering of supplies and food, care plan/weight team meetings and miscellaneous daily duties are some areas that this position encapsulates. CRNR is hoping to hire a qualified individual that participates in a team based culture to provide the best care possible to our residents.
Hours for position are usually standard 8 hours per day Monday thru Friday. Weekends as needed.
