Duties
- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage inventory control.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transaction and shift management
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and conduct retail math calculations to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues professionally
- Supervise daily stocking, inventory management, and store cleanliness to maintain an inviting shopping environment
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with staff across shifts and departments for seamless operations
- Manage daily bakery operations (opening/closing)
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in bakery, cafe or food environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management, and scheduling
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and retail sales techniques
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development is preferred
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, and store purchasing processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication skills.
