What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Therapist position at Coleman Professional Services, Inc.?
Seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in our St. Clairsville, Ohio office. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required, LPCC, LISW
- Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
- Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers
Job Duties:
- Counseling/psychotherapy for adults and children
- Complete Diagnostic Assessments
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
