Coleman Health is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a PRN registered nurse or licensed practitioner nurse to work in our Allen County, Ohio location at our Crisis Stabilization Unit. Candidate must be detailed oriented, able to consult with psychiatrists, triage phone calls, monitor medication, and have excellent assessment skills. Must be able to work with a team to help promote health and remove barriers to care for psychiatry and physical health.
Must be an Ohio LPN or RN, have a NPI number, and an Ohio Medicaid number. Experience with psychiatric nursing, telemedicine, electronic medical records and prescribing practices preferred.
